Aurvio covers Foundation through Year 6 (ages 5–12), aligned to the Australian Curriculum (ACARA) for Maths, English, and Science.
Is my child's data safe?▾
Yes. Aurvio complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Children's data is never used for advertising. All data is stored in Sydney, Australia — it never leaves Australian jurisdiction.
Where is my data stored?▾
We are 100% Australian-hosted. All family and learning data is stored in secure, encrypted data centres in Sydney, NSW (AWS ap-southeast-2 region). Your data never leaves Australian soil.
Is Aurvio safe for schools?▾
Yes. Aurvio is built to align with the ST4S (Safer Technologies for Schools) framework and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We use a Parent-Proxy model — parents sign up and manage all child profiles, so children never independently provide personal information. No advertising. No data selling. No third-party tracking.
Does my child need an email address?▾
No. Children never provide personal contact information of any kind. Parents create a single secure account and add children as sub-profiles — just a first name and year level. Everything is managed through the parent dashboard.
Do you sell our data?▾
Never. Aurvio is an educational tool, not an advertising platform. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your family's information with any third party for commercial purposes. Revenue comes from subscriptions only.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Absolutely. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain full access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
Does it work on iPads and tablets?▾
Yes — Aurvio installs as a Progressive Web App on iPad, iPhone, Android tablets, phones and Chromebooks. No App Store required.
How does adaptive difficulty work?▾
After 3 correct answers in a row, Aurvio increases the difficulty. After 2 incorrect answers in a row, it steps down. Your child always works at the edge of their ability.
Does Aurvio support my school's P&F?▾
Yearly subscribers can opt in to donate $4.00/year (10% of the yearly subscription) to their selected school's P&F. It's entirely optional — select your school and tick the opt-in box in My Account. Donations are processed quarterly via bank transfer. Donations are held until your school's P&F registers their banking details with us.
